Nana B Cautions Ghanaians Against Fraudsters


The National Youth Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mr. Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B has cautioned the public  not to deal with people who use his name to dupe others on social media.

According to the NPP youth boss, he has noticed that some elements have created fake Facebook accounts in his name and are using them to defraud unsuspecting members of the Public.

Nana B said the modus operandi of the fraudsters is to demand money from the public in the name of getting them jobs and other opportunities.

He has therefore advised the General Public to be wary of these elements.

Nana B is the recent one to suffer from such social media fraudsters.

In recent times people such as the president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, former president John Dramani Mahama, former president Jerry John Rawlings, the National Women Organiser of the NPP, Ms. Kate Gyamfua, Kamal-Deen Abdulai, other politicians, celebrities, chiefs, pastors, media personnel and a wide range of people have had reasons to issue similar disclaimers.

Organisations such as GTV, ECG, the Police Service and several others have not been spared from this unwholesome actions by cyber criminals.

The public have therefore continuously been advised to be extra careful when dealing with people on social media.
