This season comes with a twist from Biggie as usual, with the introduction of a Veto Power game of chance, where housemates will battle for the power to save a housemate nominated for eviction and replace with another housemate. This power was previously held by the Head of house who now only enjoys his position with a private bedroom and immunity from eviction nominations.

Bet 9ja Coins
The title sponsor, Bet 9ja, adds to the twist with introduction of Bet 9ja coins which joins BB Naira as an official currency of the house. The coins which cannot be interchanged with BB Naira, serves as rewards for various challenges and can be used to acquire specific items from time to time.
