Nicki Minaj’s right hand is weighing a little extra these days. After confirming that she completed the paperwork portion of her marriage to Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, Nicki showed off a huge diamond rock in a video posted to Instagram Wednesday (Oct. 30), as she asserted herself as the HallQueen dressed as Tiffany Valentine from Bride of Chucky.
After speaking with New York-based jeweler Rafaello & Company, TMZ estimated that the blinding 17-carat ring is worth over $1.1 million. They relayed that Petty handled the entire process from the design to delivery and paid for it himself. ”
“Congrats to the King and Queen, We wish you both lots of love and happiness together. Thank you for trusting us with designing and making these very special pieces for you both. @nickiminaj,” the jeweler wrote in an IG post.
Minaj let fans see the ring in a video during her Halloween photoshoot with Petty. “Everybody said that you secured the bag, you married a multi-millionaire and you secured the bag,” she joked to her husband. Minaj and Zoo got married last week with a small ceremony held in Los Angeles.
