Oda MP supports Muslims in Ramadan fasting with food items

The Oda MP (in nose mask) presents the items to the Muslim Community.

The Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda, William Agyapong Quaittoo, has presented some assorted food items to the Muslim community in his constituency. The items are meant to support them in their month long Ramadan fasting and prayers. The items include bags of sugar, boxes of tea leaves, cartons of milk, among others.

The items were received on behalf of the Muslim community by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) chairman for the area, Alhaji Awudu Issaka, in the presence of some leaders of the Muslim community.

The MP wished them a successful “Holy month of Ramadan” and prayed to the “Almighty Allah to listen and answer their prayers during this Holy month and beyond”.

Alhaji Awudu Issaka, on behalf of the Muslims, expressed their heart-felt appreciation for the gesture, assuring the MP that all relevant communities shall receive their share of the donation.
