Kate Gyamfua, National Women Organiser of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), on Tuesday, June 9 2020 presented some items to the Langbinsi Health centre in the North East Region.
The donation is part of Ms Gyamfua’s support to health facilities in the Northern part of the country to contain the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The items include wheel chairs, detergents, tissue papers, nose masks, covid 19 posters, among other medical equipment.
Presenting the items on behalf of Ms Gyamfua, North East Regional women organizer of the NPP, Hajia Rashida Mahama Poanaa, expressed her appreciation to staff of the facility for their hard work, especially in this period of covid 19. She urged them to continue with the vigorous education towards prevention of the disease.
