The Africa Prosperity Network (APN) has stated that over 3,000 delegates from over 46 countries will participate in the Africa Prosperity Dialogue (APD) set to commerce from 30th January to 1st February, 2025 in Accra.
The APD will also witness in attendance 7 African Heads of State as part of the effort in leveraging Africa’s economic integration and prospering agenda.
This years conference is on the theme, “Delivering the African Single Market Through Infrastructure: Invest, Connect, Integrate is organized by Africa Prospering Network in collaboration with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA) Secretariat aimed at galvanizing public and private stakeholder to accelerate infrastructure investments and integration.
Presentations at the conference includes, Energy, Education, Health, Transport, ICT, Tourism, Logistics, Investments and Trade, Entrepreneurship, Public, Private Partnership, Housing, Youth Empowerment among others.
In attendance will be players from the fields of academia, Civil Society Organisations, Traditional Rulers, Seasoned Entrepreneurs, with global news channels like Cable News Network (CNN), Bloomberg and other notable networks.
At a media briefing on the upcoming, conference the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of the Africa prosperity Network, Secretariat, Siding Faroug Eltoum said this years dialogues will be unprecedented in scope and commended (AFCFTA) Secretariat for their immense support towards the dialogues.
Chief at staff at (AFCFTA), Mr. Rui Pedro Afonso Livramento called for a fully integrated African single market and measures to put in place to help address infrastructure deficits that impede intra – Africa trade.
Stephanie Diatta, Chief of Partnership and International Relations at APN Secretariat said the dialogue will bring to bear strategic solutions geared towards transforming Africa’s borders into bridges of economic integration and opportunity.
