The Ghana Armed Forces has debunked claims by myjoyonline.com that they have sacked De-Eye group from the Osu Castle.

Following a Joy News undercover investigation alleging the training of a ‘militia’ group affiliated to the ruling NPP, De-Eye, at the Osu Castle, myjoyonline.com, the website of Joy News, published that the Ghana Armed forces have gone to ‘boot out’ the group from the castle.

But in a statement signed by Col. Aggrey Quarshie, Director of Public Relations of the Ghana Armed Forces, the army denied embarking on any such exercise.

Col. Quarshie urged the media to be circumspect on their reportage on the GAF at all times.
