Beneficiaries of the Nation Builders Corps [NaBCo] in the Birim Central Municipality, have donated some items to the Akyem Oda Nkwanta Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) centre. The donation is part of the activities to mark the one year anniversary of NABCO in the Municipality.

The items were a 32inch flatscreen television set, Ceiling Fan, Syringes, Gloves, packs of Condoms, baby diapers among others.

Ms. Josephine Awuah, the Nurse in-charge of the CHPS centre,  thanked the NaBCo team for their concern. She pledged to make effective use of the items saying they will be of importance to the the staff and patients of the facility.

She appealed to the Municipal Chief Executive, Member of Parliament for Oda constituency and the government to come to their aid in providing modern health facility for the community adding the CHPS is unable to cater for the health needs of the growing population of the people.

Mr. Dennis Obeng, popuarly known as DenSa, Municipal Cordinator of NABCO, during the presentation  expressed his appreciation to the  government for the implementation of the NaBCo initiative.
