The governing NPP has unveiled a book, akin to the NDC’s 2016 green book, some four days ahead of the 2020 general elections.
The book titled “Leadership of Service: What we have done so far 2017-2020” chronicles the party’s sector by sector achievement in government vis a vis the party’s 2020 manifesto promises.
It also accounts for the stewardship of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in his first term.
The 279-page document was compiled by a five-member team led by Edward Asomani, under the authority of the NPP leadership.
The book concludes by “making a strong case for the inevitable renewal of the mandate of the Nana Addo-led NPP government come December 7.”
According to the Party’s General Secretary, John Boadu, who wrote the foreword for the book, “the book indeed tells the success story of our government so far and having perused and duly adopted it, the leadership of the party … duly recommend that the book is made available to party communicators and canvassers to assist them in propagating the success story of our government ahead of the December polls”.
