“Commitment Without Inducement” — Executives hail teamwork, turnout, and freshers who showed interest

The Tertiary Students’ Confederacy (TESCON) of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has expressed sincere appreciation to all members who contributed to the success of its Freshers Hunt.

In a statement dated *November 6, 2026 and signed by President Joel Yamoah* and Secretary *Mary Adu-Gyamfi*, TESCON-KNUST thanked every executive, member, and volunteer who made time to participate in the programme.

“We are grateful to every executive, member and volunteer who made time to participate in the programme. Your commitment, cooperation and support throughout the outreach are highly appreciated.”

The leadership recognised the time, energy, and effort each person put into ensuring the programme was carried out successfully.

*Thank You To Those Who Showed Up*

TESCON-KNUST specifically thanked those who consistently showed up, visited the halls, engaged students, assisted with logistics, and attended to various responsibilities throughout the hunt.

“Your willingness to serve and contribute, even with other personal and academic commitments, is something we sincerely appreciate.”

The statement also acknowledged everyone who supported the programme in one way or another — whether through planning, coordination, mobilisation, or other forms of assistance.

“Every contribution mattered, and we are grateful for the collective effort that went into the programme.”

Welcome To Freshers

TESCON-KNUST warmly welcomed all freshers who showed interest in the organisation.

“We look forward to having you as part of the organisation and encourage you to remain actively involved in our activities.”

Looking Ahead

As the semester continues, the leadership said it looks forward to greater participation, stronger teamwork, and continued commitment from all members.

“Let us keep building together and supporting one another. Once again, thank you all for your time, effort and continued support. We do not take your contributions for granted.”

The statement ended with the TESCON-KNUST motto:

*COMMITMENT WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.*
