Françoise Bettencourt Meyers is a French billionaire heiress and an author of Bible commentaries and works on Jewish-Christian relations. She is the only daughter and heiress of Liliane Bettencourt, and her family owns the company L’Oréal. She was born on July 10, 1953 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. She is married to Jean-Pierre Meyers and has Nicolas Meyers as her child. Her net worth amounts to 56 billion USD (2019).
The granddaughter of L’Oréal founder Eugène Schueller, Françoise Bettencourt Meyers is now the sole heiress of the global cosmetics giant, following the death of her mother, Liliane, in 2017. That’s not all, either: as of April 2019, it has also officially made her the richest woman in the world.
