Ing. Janis Asare Bediako, current Chairman of the NPP-USA Washington DC Metro Area Chapter, has thrown his hat into the ring for the US Branch Chairmanship, unveiling a comprehensive strategic plan to strengthen NPP-USA operations and expand its influence.

With a clear vision for the party’s future, Ing. Bediako outlined six key initiatives aimed at revitalizing the party’s presence in the United States and fostering collaboration with Ghana.

1. Financial Reinvestment: A percentage of chapter members’ branch dues will be allocated back to local chapters to boost activities, enhance operations, and ensure sustainable growth. This move is expected to inject much-needed energy into local chapters, enabling them to engage more effectively with members and the broader community.

2. Youth Engagement: The Tertiary Education Visitation Initiative will send teams to academic institutions to engage youth and solidify the party’s footprint on campuses. By connecting with young minds, Ing. Bediako aims to inspire a new generation of leaders and build a strong foundation for the party’s future.

3. Digital Networking: The NPP-USA Connect Platform is being expanded as a strategic tool for networking, professional collaboration, and business development among members. This platform will bridge geographical gaps, foster meaningful connections, and create opportunities for members to support one another.

4. Leadership Training: Partnership with the NPP Patriotic Institute will provide structured orientation and leadership training for all chapter and branch executives. By equipping leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge, Ing. Bediako believes the party will be better positioned to achieve its goals.

5. International Opportunities: The vision of the Patriotic Institute USA will guide efforts to create opportunities for NPP members in both the USA and Ghana, facilitating strategic collaborations with IDU partners. This initiative is expected to strengthen ties between the US and Ghana, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation.

6. Membership Education Comprehensive orientation programs will educate members on the party’s origin, structure, policies, and the importance of active participation in mobilization and development. By empowering members with knowledge, Ing. Bediako aims to foster a sense of ownership and collective responsibility.

Ing. Bediako emphasized that these initiatives will elevate the NPP-USA and propel it to new heights, focusing on empowerment, alignment, and sustainable progress. With his proven track record as Washington DC Metro Area Chapter Chairman, Ing. Bediako is confident that he has the vision, leadership skills, and passion to take the NPP-USA to the next level.

The NPP-USA is set to hold elections soon, and Ing. Janis Asare Bediako’s candidacy has generated significant interest among party members. His bold vision for growth and commitment to empowering members have resonated with many, and his chances of winning the chairmanship are looking bright.
