Host of Oman 107.1MHz Fm’s hot political talk show ‘Boiling Point’ and co-host of National Agenda, Wofa Kwabena Kwakye has been appointed as a member of the Communication Committee of the ruling New Patriotic Party.
Wofa KK as he is popularly known’s appointment was confirmed by the party’s General Secretary, John Boadu, on Wednesday during the inauguration of the party’s committees.
GNPC Appointment
Wofa KK was appointed a member of the GNPC board by the Akufo-Addo government in May 2017.
His appointment was seen as appreciation by the president to the Madina based radio station for the job they have been doing for the NPP.
Communication Committee
The communication committee of the NPP which Wofa KK will be serving on will have former information Minister Ms. Oboshie Sai Coffie as the Chairperson.
Other members of the commitee are Hon. Nana Akomea, Hon. Henry Kwabena Kokofu, Francese Essiam, Hon. Elizabeth Ohene and Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko.
The rest are Hon. Yaw Buaben Asamoa, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, Pius Enam Hadzide, Yaw Adomako Baafi and Nana Boakye.
