The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has moved the date for its 26th Ordinary Congress to September 1.

The event, which was initially scheduled for August 27, will take place at the GFA Technical Centre (Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram).

The GFA had planned to hold the Ordinary Congress via video conferencing, but the decision has been overturned following the lifting of restrictions on the number of people who can attend conferences.

The Association in a release on their website, indicated that Congressmen and women and all necessary stakeholders have been duly informed of the changes.
