St. Augustine college from Central Region has been crowned the champions of this year’s National Science and Mathematics Quiz held at the National Theatre today.
The competition was between Presbyterian Boys Senior High School, St. Peters Senior High School, 2018 champions and then St. Augustine College from Central Region.
The competition was keenly contested of which at the end of the 5th round, the Quiz Mistress, Miss Elsie declared St. Augustine college as the winners of the 2019 NSMQ.
This means that St. Augustine has won the competition for the second time since 2007 denying Peters “back to back” and also denying PRESEC Legon the sixth trophy.
