Charter House, organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards has banned reggae dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy for future awards. The ban follows a brawl that occurred between the two artistes during this year’s VGMA.

Sarkodie who was crowned Artiste of Decade at the same award has called on Charter House to take caution on their hasty decision taken since the Artistes can also retaliate.

To bring some peace between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, Samini has recommended a collaboration between the two.

Several other artistes and showbiz pundits have criticized Charter House for the hasty decision taken.

However, Criss Waddle seem to be pointing his gun at a different direction. He has chastised the Musicians Union President for not doing much to protect the Musicians. In a tweet, Chris Waddle said “Obuor will sit there with his big stomach as if he has swallowed all shatta wale lyrics from his Banana days and in all this bizzare happenings say nothing to calm down the situation or lift the spirits of the artist involved wo dier wo.”

Meanwhile Obuor is on record to have chastised Shatta Wale for his “uncouth” behavior.

According to the Musicians President, when he tried to talk to Shatta Wale on the many controversies he has been picking in the industry, Shatta Wale told him Controvery sells.
