In January last year, (2018) a video of Mr. Seppey having sex with his former pupil on a kitchen stool went viral on social media.
This led to GES taken over the investigation from the police after it was discovered the victim was not a minor and the affair was consensual. Thereby dismissing him on Friday, 23rd November 2018 for sexual misconduct.
Robert Sepey, headmaster in the Kitchen stool sex tape has spoken months after his video with a student went viral on the internet.
The headmaster said that the girl involved was his girlfriend with whom he was in a relationship who was in Senior High School and not his student and the media had it wrong.
“I was a headteacher for a basic school and I was in a relationship with a girl who wasn’t my student.
She was in her third year in secondary school and was not 16 years as circulated because as of 2016, she was eligible to vote”, he disclosed.
According to Robert Sepey, there was a mutual understanding before with regards to the recording the sex video with the aim of deleting it after watching.
To their knowledge, the video was deleted but it seems they were wrong because it was on the memory card which belonged to his girlfriend, Priscilla. He continued that;
“The memory chip belonged to Priscilla and she wasn’t aware the video was still on it. Her brother requested to use the card and that was where he saw the video and showed it to his friends.
This resulted in me being blackmailed by one of his friends and when I failed to heed to his request, he shared the video”, he added.
