George Sarpong, a parliamentary candidate in the Afigya Kwabre South constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made a substantial donation towards the reconstruction of the party office in Kodie.
Yesterday, he donated 100 bags of cement to facilitate the reconstruction of the NPP office. Additionally, he gave out 15 motorbikes to the party’s resources.
Speaking in an interview, he explained that the donation was part of a broader effort to fortify the party’s operational capabilities and enhance outreach programmes, especially with the aim of breaking the eight-year cycle.
The Afigya Kwabre South MP aspirant expressed his hope for the NPP’s continued success. George Sarpong invoked blessings from the Almighty, saying, “May the good Lord bless us all”. He stressed that he would continue to support the grassroots to sustain and strengthen the party.
“I hope the contribution of 100 bags of cement will undoubtedly accelerate the process, providing party members with a renewed space for coordination and engagement… And with the motorbikes, I believe it will facilitate efficient mobility and communication across the constituency,” he added.
