The Executive Director of the GNPC Foundation, Dr. Dominic Kwesi Eduah has assured beneficiaries of their education scholarship that the secretariat is committed to making their lives as students comfortable.
According to Dr. Eduah, the foundation is committed to making the lives of the students enjoyable and creating the enabling environment for both self and professional development.
Dr. Eduah was speaking at a short ceremony organised by the Foundation to send some 200 Ghanaians to the Republic of Cuba to be trained as medical doctors and Health professionals. The aforementioned group comprises 170 graduates and 30 specialists.
Future and the youth Dr. Eduah stated that “the future of this nation belongs to the youth and the solid foundation we lay as leaders of today to help them develop their intellectual capacity and abilities as leaders of tomorrow is what will make or unmake the Ghana of tomorrow.”He further reiterated the Foundation’s commitment to institutionalizing a resourceful, effective and efficient Scholarship Management System to address mishaps of the past and ensure a prompt payment to beneficiaries.AdviceDr. Eduah then advised the beneficiaries to learn hard, work hard, stay focused and be disciplined to make Ghana proud. “We are fervently counting on you.” He stated.
The colorful short occasion was graced by Hon. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu, the Minister of Health and His Excellency Pedro Luiz Despaigne Gonzalez, Cuban Ambassador to Ghana and the Director of the America Bureau.
