The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Birim Central, Hon. Solomon Brako Kusi, has paid a courtesy visit to the Board Chairman of the National Service Authority (NSA) as part of preparations toward this year’s Oda Youth Festival.
During the visit, Hon. Kusi presented a sponsorship letter and a branded festival T-shirt to the Board Chairman on behalf of the festival’s planning committee. The gesture was aimed at securing the Authority’s partnership and support for the successful organization of the event, which celebrates youth empowerment, culture, and community development.
The Board Chairman warmly received the MCE and commended the initiative behind the festival, describing it as a laudable effort to promote youth development, cultural identity, and civic engagement among young people in Akyem Oda and beyond. He expressed the Authority’s willingness to support the festival in any way possible.
Hon. Solomon Brako Kusi expressed appreciation to the Board Chairman and the National Service Authority for their encouragement and show of support, noting that such partnerships are crucial for sustaining community-driven youth initiatives.
This year’s Oda Youth Festival is expected to bring together young people, traditional leaders, and development partners to showcase the cultural heritage of the Akyem Oda area while promoting unity and social progress.
