The Akyem Oda constituency Executives of the National Democratic Congress has changed its venue for the presidential primaries slated today from Roman Parish Hall to Wesley Methodist School, Akim Oda near the Methodist Conference Hall.

The NDC’s usual venue when it comes to programs and activities in the Akyem Oda constituency has been the Roman Parish Hall.

In a statement released by the party prior to the election to communicate voting centers for the region, the Parish Hall as usual was communicated as the center for the Oda Constituency.

However, in just about 24hours to the election, the constituency executives in a statement signed by Mr. Benjamin Agbesi, Communications officer said “Wesley Methodist School, Akim Oda near the Methodist Conference Hall.”

It is unclear what might have caused the change in venue but report suggests that the NDC’s congress may have coincided with other activities scheduled to take place at the same venue.

Below is the statement released by the NDC
