Judith Wilhelmina Kormle

The Director- General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Sammi Awuku, has created a new Corporate Affairs Department for the Authority. This is part of efforts to restructure the Authority.

The department is to manage the communications and internal and external corporate dealings of the Authority.

It will be headed by Judith Wilhelmina Kormle, with Goodfellow Dei Ofei as the Public Relations Manager. Also, Maame Kesewaa Dolphyne has been appointed as the Manager of Corporate Affairs- Internal Communications.

Profile

Judith joins the team with over 16 years of experience in corporate communications, media management, public relations, event management, brand positioning and marketing, working with both local and multinational organizations.  She holds an LLB from GIMPA, a BSC in Finance from GIMPA and a Diploma in Journalism.

Goodfellow Dei Ofei, until recently, was media manager and technical assistant to the Communications Director of the NPP. He has vast knowledge about media and brands management. Maame Kesewaa Dolphyne also has experience in journalism, media relations and corporate communications.

Other members of the department are Johnson Yaw Adu, a bilingual communicator who specializes in French and Spanish, and Mr Obeng Castro, a public relations officer.

Mr Awuku says he is excited to have members of the team on board as he believes their wealth of experience, mindset and skills set are needed to position NLA as the best lottery operator in the West Africa sub region.
