The Nigerian film industry is in mourning following the passing of veteran actor Saint Obi at the age of 57. The news of his demise was confirmed by his colleague and friend, Emeka Rollas, who is the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria.

Saint Obi, whose real name is Obinna Nwafor, was a prominent figure in Nollywood in the 1990s and early 2000s. He starred in numerous hit movies, including “State of Emergency,” “Sakobi,” and “Goodbye Tomorrow.”
