Respected media practitioner and journalist, Bawa Musah, is set to make his first-ever appearance on Ghana Broadcasting Cooperation’s (GBC) celebrated quiz programme, “What Do You Know?”, as part of the Fourth Preliminary Set of the 2025 Championship.

The contest will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 12 noon at the GBC Studios in Accra, and will feature Bawa Musah among a new crop of contestants vying for a coveted spot in the next stage of the national quiz.

Known for his strong commitment to public education and civic discourse, Bawa Musah brings a wealth of general knowledge and analytical insight to the competition. His participation is expected to energize viewers and add a new dimension to the intellectual contest.

Also appearing in Sunday’s preliminary round is Eugene Nyarko (first timer), a fellow media practitioner admired for his sharp broadcasting style. While both are figures in the media landscape, they will be competing individually against one another and other contestants, including Benjamin Amadu Ndebugri, Anthony Oyagbero, and Samuel Otabil.

The 2025 edition of What Do You Know?, hosted by the veteran quizmaster Dan Afari Yeboah, continues to uphold its reputation as a platform that stimulates national interest in general knowledge, current affairs, and civic education.

GBC has invited the public—especially schools and civic-minded groups to attend the show as part of the live studio audience. Attendance is free, and seats can be reserved by calling the producer on 0244148510. All attendees and contestants are expected to report by 11:00 am.
