I actually took an interest in Big Brother when I was 20 years. So, I went for the audition, and after waiting for a long time in the queue, it got to my turn, they asked me how old am I. I said 20 years, they said you are not qualified. So, I had to wait till I was 21, I auditioned at 22 years, 23 years, 24 years, and 25 years before qualifying to enter the BBNaija House,” Phyna disclosed.

About Big Brother Naija

Big Brother Nigeria later known as Big Brother Naija is the Nigerian version of the popular television series Big Brother.

Housemates live together for a specified time in a specially constructed house that is isolated from the outside world. The Housemates vie to be the last person standing so that they can win the prizes Biggie has to offer. Housemates are closely monitored 24/7 on cameras through their various trials and tribulations, which is why Biggie’s eye is used in the logo: he is always watching.

Housemates are required to nominate fellow Housemates for the weekly eviction show. The Housemate with the most votes is announced and the audience is invited to vote. Thereafter, the Housemate with the most votes will be evicted in a weekly show on Sunday evenings. The last person standing is declared the winner.
