In an interview on Accra-based GHOne television, the first and second runner-ups, Sarah Odei Amoani and Deborah Opoku Sarfo respectively said they believe beauty should not be limited to what you see physically.

When asked if she would withdraw from representing Ghana at the Miss World, Miss Ghana 2019, Rebecca Nana Adwoa Kwabi had this to say: “I am beautiful, confident, and very capable of representing Ghana at the Miss World. Nothing can stop me.”

Sarah Odei Amoani, the first runner up noted however that the bad photos that were being circulated on social media could be as a result of low quality phones the patrons of the show used.

She then added that Ghanaians should stop using negative reports to bring people down but rather know how to portray their own.
