Alswel Annan, a former Students Representative Council President of the Pentecost University College has been elected as the National President of the Private Universities Students Association of Ghana(PUSAG). He was elected at the 13th Annual Delegates Congress of the association held at the All Nations University College, Koforidua.

He polled 171 votes representing 58 per cent of the total votes cast to beat his two other competitors in the race.
The congress also saw the election of Desmond Nii Amaa as the Director of Operations, Obeng Sika Aborampa Junior as the Director of International Relations and Miss Esther Afia Ankrah as the Financial Controller.
Others were Joyce Asumah, Women’s Commissioner; Linda Amoako, General Secretary and Diabate Youssouf, Media relations officer.
