Mr Kumah going through the registration process

The New Patriotic Party Parliamentary Candidate for Ejisu in the Ashanti Region, John Ampontuah Kumah, has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing voters’ registration exercise in the country.

“After days of monitoring with the national and constituency executives, I’m satisfied with the number of people who have come out to register. I will continue to entreat all Ghanaians to go out and get registered to be eligible to vote December 7, as this is the only way we can reward President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his good work since the past four years”, the NPP PC stated.

Covid-19 protocols

Mr Kumah, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), has also expressed satisfaction with the Covid-19 protocols put in place by the election management body.

Speaking to the media shortly after going through the process to register for his ID card, Mr Kumah said “I was impressed with the Covid-19 safety protocols that the Electoral Commission had put in place, that ensured that I went through a very smooth and safe process”.

He urged all registrants not to lose sight of the presence of the disease advising, particularly, his constituents to bear with the EC and follow all the COVID-19 Protocols put in place by the commission.

Mr Kumah, who since the beginning of the exercise has toured all 28 Electoral areas in his constituency, also donated 30 megaphones and hand sanitizers to the EC officials to aid them in their work.
