The National Women Organiser of the NPP, Kate Gyamfua, yesterday continued with her tour of the Bono East region, meeting with pastors’ wives and female church leaders at the GIFEC ICT Centre in Nkoranza.
She also engaged with the queen mothers of the region at the Nkoranza Catholic Mission Hall before meeting with hairdressers and seamstresses at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Nkoranza.
She ended the day’s tour at the Nkoranza South main market, where she interacted with traders and buyers. I assured them of the NPP’s commitment to creating a Ghana where women have the opportunity to take the commanding heights of the economy, as was once the case in this country.
According to her, the reception from Ghanaian women has been encouraging, as they believe that voting for Dr. Bawumia and the NPP is the only way to protect the progress Ghana has made over the last seven years.
